Lifecentral Church, nestled on Little Cornbow in Halesowen, is a vibrant, multi-generational community founded in 1979 (originally known as Zion Christian Centre) that has grown into one of Halesowen’s most dynamic places of worship and outreach. Rising stronger after a devastating fire destroyed its previous building, the congregation rallied, rebuilding and re-launching in a modern facility complete with a spacious 400-seat auditorium, community rooms, a dance studio, meeting spaces, and even a small indoor AstroTurf pitch and a cinema-style venue for gigs and conferences. It’s a space as versatile as the town it serves.

Sundays at Lifecentral take place at 9:45 am and 11:30 am, blending live music, thoughtful teaching, and engaging programming for kids (from infants through school age) and young people up to Year 9. Many tell me it feels more like a big family gathering—full of energy, warmth, and that rare mix of sincerity and celebration.
